Found the sweetest little Italian restaurant here in West Monroe, LA And they are NOT stingy with their portions at all!!! You better come hungry or be ready to bring part of it back home/hotel.

We tried Milano's for the first time today. The food was great with a cozy atmosphere and the kids loved the desserts. All of the staff were very friendly. Our server, Rashad was very attentive. Even though our group was divided into two tables, he was always checking to make sure we had drinks and bread, and checking to see how we liked the food. We later found out he was new there. If you go to Milano's I'm sure any server you get will be great, but Rashad was very good at his job. We will definitely be back.

Merry was hands-down one of the best servers we've ever had! From the moment we were seated, she greeted us with genuine warmth and a big smile. She was super attentive, got all our orders right, and made sure we were well taken care of the entire time. Her energy was positive and made the whole dining experience feel extra special. You can tell she loves what she does. If you're dining here, ask for Merry—you won’t be disappointed!

Had dinner tonight at Milano’s in West Monroe. So good! Cute little place with live music and incredible food. Possibly the best cannelloni that I have ever eaten, even better than my own! They were a bit short-handed so one of the bartenders was serving double duty and taking care of tables. She was incredible. Very friendly and kind. Definitely five stars all around and very reasonably priced!

The food tasted like Italy They start you off with hot fresh baked giant bread sticks. My husband is a bread guy and he was in love. I got the amazing manicotti and rosa dipping sauce for the bread. My son got the Fettuccine Alfredo that was out of this world.

Portion sizes were HUGE!!!! this place is also very cheap and honestly one of the best lasagna I've had in a long time. the whole tray was actually filled with lasagna, unlike a lot of the places that just fill it with sauce to make it look big.

I liked chicken with salad. Chicken breast was thin and taste good, so unusual. Fettuccine with Alfredo sauce is very good but shrimps in it was amazing, so crunchy, fresh and right cooked! Ravioli with cheese and tomato sauce was good as well. All dishes were not too salty or too fatty or too seasoning (for us). Very good service! Good waiter!

The food was amazing!! My husband rarely says anything is good. He loved the Lasagna and Lobster Ravioli and the grilled chicken. Great food!! Rashad our waiter was friendly, and got our food out in a timely manner. Will definitely be going back. Great place to eat. oh yeah the drinks A1.
